1: Construction-linked plan (CLP):

In this plan, you will have to pay an initial booking amount at the primary stage. And the rest amount should be paid as the property construction progresses and reaches its milestones. As this plan is easily financed by all banks, you need not pay heavy EMI’s or interests rates. You just have to pay the amount decided at the preliminary stage after completion of each construction update. Even if the construction process gets delayed, you will not have to pay any extra amount.

2: Down payment plan:

In down payment plan, you will have to pay the whole amount to the developer within 45-60 days of time limit in which you can get a discount of 8-10% from the developer. You will have to pay a heavy EMI and will not get any tax benefits on interest being paid in monthly basis as possession is not given. One of the major disadvantages of this plan is that if the property construction has been delayed or discarded, you will have to face several obstacles to recover your money from the developer.

3: Flexi Plan:
